FREE DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE GRANTS UP TO $20,000 and BONUS!
In May 2013, Wells Fargo decided to launch Neighborhood LIFT program to provide $9.5 million to help home buyers with their Wells Fargo down payment assistance grants in NJ. Other states participate in the program and naturally are available until the grant resources deplete. So do not delay! Depending on your income, you may qualify. Additionally, the grant must be used for primary, owner-occupied residence in an approved area.
Now here’s the good news, The NeighborhoodLIFT® program is available anywhere in Essex County New Jersey beginning October 5th and potential homebuyers may find down payment assistance grants an added benefit towards their way to homeownership.
Let’s face it, if you’re looking for a home, you deserve a round of applause for just getting started. If you’ve saved up for your down payment (and you SHOULD) and utilize down payment assistance grants, then the rally cheer continues! Combine your savings along with lender’s assistance and you’ll be able to lower your monthly mortgage payments. After all your ultimate goal is to make your hard earned money work for you. And when it works for you, you’ll have more home equity and move towards your home goals and retirement goals.
Remember, this program is designed for low to moderate income home buyers so you must meet the income guidelines. If you find yourself over the income criteria, it’s okay if you don’t qualify but please share this program with someone that can’t benefit.
